Putnam/Travers believes we all have to reinvent ourselves to one degree or another to stay relevant and stay valuable to employers that actually stand to profit in coming years. We offer classes in dozens of functional areas such as p.c. skills, financial analysis, or technical writing, and offer learning events on growth industries or sub-industries that bring the promise of jobs and profitability. We invite speakers and teachers from these skill and industry groups to lead and facilitate honest discussion of the career prospects implied there. We actually begin building skills during class, so that students leave us more prepared than when they arrived.
